Job summary

qlub is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive our growth in Saudi Arabia, focusing on reactivating dormant users, communicating product updates, and scheduling meetings with restaurants. You’ll work in a fast-moving fintech environment, taking ownership from day one.

You will need strong communication, fluency in English, and the ability to work independently toward monthly targets, as we scale across markets and build out our Saudi team.

Responsibilities

• Run reactivation campaigns to bring dormant users back to the app.
• Communicate new features and updates to existing users.
• Collect feedback from users and relay it to the team for improvement.
• Support users toward activating and getting value from the app's core features.
• Contact restaurants to schedule meetings and handle basic negotiation on behalf of the team.
