Job summary

Alfa Laval in Yanbu seeks a Service Centre Operator to execute workshop tasks with quality and pace. You will perform disassembly, cleaning, inspection, gasket work, assembly and pressure testing on heat exchangers, while ensuring PPE and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or associate degree in mechanical/industrial engineering.
• Fluent English, good communication, safety awareness.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on heat exchanger reconditioning tasks including disassembly, cleaning, dye penetrant inspection, gasket gluing, assembly and pressure testing.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safety guidelines at all times.
• Report findings and generate job reports; escalate issues to Team Leader.
• Maintain workshop tools, spares and cleanliness; participate in training.
