Responsibilities

• Perform heat treatment in accordance with work instructions and specs.
• Read and interpret instructions to ensure accurate process execution.
• Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data.
• Operate heat treatment equipment and tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect parts before and after heat treatment for quality conformance.
• Maintain 5S standards and clean, organized work area.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement activities.
