RLDatix in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an Associate Support Analyst to join the Customer Support team. You will provide high-quality technical assistance and ensure operational stability for our healthcare clients in the MEA region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in CIS, MIS, CS or equivalent degree.
• 3–4 years in software industry or equivalent software support area.
• Experience with APIs and HL7 standards.
• Experience with integration engines such as Mirth Connect and Rhapsody.
• Knowledge of Windows server administration, SQL Server, MySQL, and SQL statements; ITIL Foundation beneficial.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% in UAE, Saudi Arabia and MEA.
• Fluent Arabic and English.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clear and timely technical responses to customer inquiries and conduct in-depth discovery with clients.
• Use diagnostic methods to examine and resolve technical problems and support root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with L3 Support and Sustained Engineering to manage OLAs and escalation reports.
• Receive and investigate support cases via the service portal and provide on-call support for critical issues.
• Collaborate with Product Management to translate features into best practices and improve support processes.
