Job summary

Santechture in Riyadh is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology. You will define project scope, design requirements, and establish quality criteria, leading process improvement from inception to completion.

You will collaborate with leadership, development, and infrastructure teams, produce business cases for governance, and deliver results with data-driven analysis and clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of EMR/EHR requirements analysis, process modeling, or related work.
• Ability to analyze medium-scale business efforts and design future-state workflows.
• Strong facilitation and communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience documenting using formal techniques (ISO, agile story cards).
• Familiarity with process mapping, SWOT, FMEA, RASCI, and workflow design.
• Experience creating testing documents, test cases, and test plans.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Project Collaboration: Work with leadership to evaluate requests and prepare business cases.
• Business Analysis & Process Engineering: Use BA/BPE methods to deliver high-quality outputs.
• Data-Driven Problem Solving: Baseline data and produce ROI/NPV metrics for improvements.
• System Optimization: Define requirements to improve or replace systems for efficiency.
• Project Tracking & Reporting: Develop schedules and publish status reports for leaders.
• Workflow Development: Drive process improvements with cross-functional impact in mind.
