Datamatics Global Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Technical & Business Consultant to support a Health Information Exchange project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on FHIR and NPHIES, delivering strategic advisory, architecture reviews, and technical leadership for healthcare interoperability.

The candidate will engage with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation, data exchange, and alignment with regulatory frameworks, with fluency in English and mandatory Arabic.

Qualifications

• BSc. degree in Software Engineering, MIS or Computer Science.
• 8–10 years total experience with 5+ years in HealthTech; solid SQL and HL7 knowledge.
• Experience in HIE, HIS, payer-provider platforms; strong understanding of interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on FHIR and NPHIES within Saudi healthcare projects.
• Design and review architectures for FHIR-based data exchange and NPHIES compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HIS/HIE and payer systems.
• Support documentation, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.
