SANTECHTURE is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology in healthcare IT. You will apply analytical skills to define project scope, design requirements, and establish quality criteria, while documenting processes and supporting testing to ensure systems meet regulatory and operational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in defining and analyzing EMR/EHR business requirements, process modeling, functional systems design/configuration, and/or acceptance testing.
• Analytical capability to analyze medium-scale business efforts, understand goals, design future-state workflows, and perform gap analyses.
• Facilitation and communication to gather requirements in small to medium groups and translate complex ideas.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to evaluate requests, prepare business cases for governance approval, and coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to prioritize work.
• Apply BA and BPE methods to produce deliverables that meet corporate standards.
• Baseline data, produce ROI/NPV reports for process improvement efforts.
• Analyze and document requirements to improve or replace systems for greater efficiency.
• Develop project schedules, track tasks, and prepare status reports for leadership and clients.
• Drive process development and manage cross-functional hand-offs.
