Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or commercial growth, with supervisory experience.
• Proven healthcare sector experience, preferably in medical rehabilitation, hospitals, or specialized facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and patient acquisition.
• Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion opportunities.
• Establish and strengthen strategic partnerships with hospitals, insurers, corporate clients, and healthcare providers.
• Develop and expand referral networks to generate qualified leads and drive growth.
• Lead end-to-end business development, including prospecting, negotiations, and closing deals.
• Establish, develop, and oversee the marketing function to support sales and growth.
• Direct marketing campaigns and brand positioning initiatives to support commercial objectives.
• Monitor sales performance, revenue targets, and marketing ROI; implement improvement initiatives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
