Job summary

Augnito India Private Limited is hiring a Customer Success Associate to support hospital accounts across Saudi Arabia, focusing on onboarding, adoption, and day-to-day account health. You will coordinate with hospital staff and clinicians, escalate complex issues to your manager, and ensure a smooth transition from training to everyday usage.

The role is client-facing in clinical settings, requiring Arabic and English fluency, strong communication, and a structured playbook-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a client-facing role — health-tech or healthcare experience is a plus, not required
• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written) – this role requires day-to-day communication with hospital staff and clinicians across Saudi Arabia
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable being the point of contact for customer issues within a defined scope
• Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple accounts and follow a structured playbook

Responsibilities

• Account Support & Advocacy: Onboarding, adoption, and steady-state usage for hospital accounts.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintain CSAT/NPS and prompt issue handling.
• Product Adoption Support: Track usage, run trainings, and drive adoption.
• On-ground Implementation & Training: Be present at hospitals during onboarding and go-live.
• Post-Go-Live Account Management: Track tickets and escalate issues.
• Value Tracking: Collect usage data and contribute to value summaries and case studies.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share learnings and contribute to best practices.
