Qualifications

• 25+ years in major contracting with executive leadership.
• Proven delivery of luxury hospitality and high-end mixed-use projects in GCC.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and contracting models.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations: construction, engineering, procurement, commercial, HSE, and quality.
• Deliver luxury hotel projects to international brand standards, on time and on budget.
• Drive margin improvement, cost control, cash flow, and risk management.
• Interface with clients, hotel operators, consultants, and authorities.
• Enforce best-in-class HSE, quality, and governance frameworks.
• Build and lead elite project leadership teams with accountability.
