Job summary

The Tierra Santa Healing House in Saudi Arabia seeks a visionary senior leader to drive luxury wellness operations across spa, hammam, and treatment spaces, ensuring world-class guest journeys. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team and optimize budgets while elevating guest experiences in collaboration with Faena brand standards.

As a senior leader, you will curate bespoke wellness journeys, partner with medical consultants and brand partners, and ensure the highest levels of discretion,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of senior leadership experience in luxury or lifestyle wellness operations.
• Proven track record in managing multi-outlet or large-scale wellness facilities including spa operations and health club management.
• Degree or diploma in Spa Management, Hospitality, Health & Wellness, or related field preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Multilingual skills preferred (English required, Spanish/French/Portuguese a plus).

Responsibilities

• Champion Tierra Santa Healing House philosophy and lead the wellness vision.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of therapists, healers, technicians and wellness specialists.
• Oversee daily spa operations including treatment rooms, hammam, wet areas, and guest zones.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, ambience and ritual-based service standards.
• Develop and manage budgets, revenue forecasts, and KPIs; drive profitability.
• Collaborate with medical consultants, brand partners and wellness innovators to evolve the portfolio.
