Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned professional to lead integrated planning, project controls governance and baseline management across major programs in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master's degree preferred in a related field.
• Professional certifications with recognized project management, project controls, planning, scheduling, construction, engineering or quantity surveying institutes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated planning and project controls frameworks, standards and implementation plans to ensure consistent controls across programs and projects.
• Manage development, review and maintenance of project baselines, schedules, milestones, dependencies and critical paths to support delivery planning.
• Oversee cost control, change control and performance tracking to maintain budgets and forecast movements.
• Create project controls dashboards, reports and insights to provide visibility over delivery performance and support governance decisions.
• Manage document control standards, version control and records management to ensure audit-ready project information.
• Monitor project controls risks, issues and interface constraints and drive mitigation actions to protect baselines and governance integrity.
• Coordinate transport program controls integration across major transport assets to align with CDU/SDU and Transport BU requirements.
