Unified Real Estate Development (URED) in Riyadh seeks a Function Head Finance & Accounting to lead the entire Finance & Accounting function, drive strategic financial planning, and oversee compliance across IFRS, VAT, Zakat, and WHT. The role partners with the CFO and executive leadership to deliver digital finance transformation using Power BI dashboards and AI-enhanced reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Professional certification such as CPA/ACCA/CMA is mandatory.
• MBA/MSc in Finance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A, Accounting, Tax and Treasury with strategic oversight.
• Prepare annual business and manpower plans and budgets.
• Drive digital transformation of finance operations with automation and real-time dashboards.
• Ensure IFRS and Saudi GAAP compliance and oversee audits and regulatory filings.
• Provide financial insights for property development, acquisitions, and capital allocation.
