Job summary

Unified Real Estate Development Company seeks a seasoned Manager – Finance & Accounting to lead the finance function, drive IFRS and Saudi GAAP reporting, and partner with the CFO to shape strategic financial planning. You will manage FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury, champion AI-assisted reporting, and develop the team for high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification (required).
• Master's Degree (MBA or MSc Finance) is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight, direction, and governance across all sub-functions including FP&A, Accounting, Tax, and Treasury.
• Prepare and manage annual business plans, manpower plans, and departmental budgets for the Finance function.
• Establish and monitor measurable KPIs for the Finance & Accounting team; drive accountability and performance.
• Drive the digital transformation of finance operations including automation via Yardi, real-time Power BI dashboards, and AI-assisted reporting tools.
• Lead multi-function governance and performance reporting to the CFO & VP Support Services.
• Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Saudi GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with VAT, Zakat, WHT, and ZATCA e-invoicing requirements.
• Lead all statutory audit processes; manage external auditor relationships and resolve audit findings.
• Oversee preparation of consolidated financial reports for URED and subsidiaries, including intercompany reconciliations.
• Ensure continuous audit-readiness of the Finance function and all financial records.
