Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Commercial Leader to steer the Film Studio asset’s monetization, leasing performance, and strategic partnerships. You will shape and execute a commercial model to attract anchor tenants, production companies, and creative enterprises, while enhancing asset value and ecosystem strength.

The role requires guiding commercial governance, pricing, and investment proposals in collaboration with internal functions, while driving occupancy and revenue

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in commercial leadership, leasing, partnerships, or revenue-generating roles within complex environments.
• At least 5 years in a senior leadership role with accountability for commercial performance and cross-functional decision-making.
• Experience in entertainment, media, hospitality, destination development, commercial real estate, cultural assets, or similar dynamic sectors is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record in commercializing complex assets, destinations, or mixed-use environments with phased activation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Film Studio's commercial strategy aligned with business plan and activation priorities.
• Own the commercial performance framework including revenue targets, occupancy ambitions, and partnerships.
• Lead leasing strategy: attraction, conversion, retention of tenants, and occupancy models.
• Develop partnerships and ecosystem development with studios, production companies, industry institutions, and service providers.
• Ensure pricing principles and governance, de-risk major transactions, and support informed leadership decisions.
