Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in real estate and entertainment projects.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic development of entertainment assets and long-term vision.
• Lead early design stages and concept development for new destinations.
• Develop documentation including RFPs, SOWs and strategy briefs.
• Manage consultants and third parties to align with scope and targets.
• Conduct research on benchmarks to support decision-making.
• Contribute to go-live strategies including operating models and pricing.
• Prepare and deliver materials to stakeholders for approvals.
