Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a visionary Senior Director - Entertainment Strategy to drive the strategic direction of our entertainment assets and initiatives, ensuring memorable experiences for visitors at our flagship development in Saudi Arabia.

In this role you will lead asset strategy, feasibility studies, and governance-driven approvals, coordinating with the Entertainment Business Unit and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• At least 15 years of experience in entertainment strategy, asset management, or related domains.

Responsibilities

• Support the Senior Executive Director of Entertainment Strategy in developing and executing the overarching asset strategy.
• Oversee design and early development stages of new entertainment assets to ensure alignment with Qiddiya’s entertainment offering and financial targets.
• Lead research and delivery of new entertainment concepts to be integrated into Qiddiya City’s entertainment portfolio of assets; understand value proposition, prepare feasibility assessments and high-level implementation roadmap.
• Manage contracted vendors, IP licensors, and other third parties to ensure that deliverables are in line with the overall project vision, offering, and relevant briefs (strategy brief and/or development brief)
• Develop initial go-live strategies (operating model, pricing, sales and marketing, manpower planning, etc.) and provide implementation support to other functions across Qiddiya.
• Prepare presentations and other supporting material required for seeking relevant approvals; Qiddiya Stage governance framework, Senior Management and Board of Directors.
• Work closely with Qiddiya Entertainment Business Unit and other stakeholders to ensure efficient delivery of new projects and overall alignment to directives received from Senior Management and Board of Directors.
• Establish and monitor key projects’ KPIs covering development, business, financial and operational plans to ensure alignment with project vision.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets, hiring plans, strategic and implementation plans of relevance to the Entertainment strategy function.
