Job summary

Riyadh Air seeks a senior EFB program lead to manage the Electronic Flight Bag environment across portable and installed platforms. You will oversee the full lifecycle of EFB applications, testing, deployment planning, release readiness, and user communications, partnering with internal teams and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Master’s qualified or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in flight operations within an airline environment.
• Strong expertise with ground and aircraft EFB systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EFB program end-to-end lifecycle including testing, deployment planning, and release readiness.
• Manage hardware/software standards and prevent unauthorized installations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support performance and issue resolution.
• Develop training materials and user communications; provide end-user support.
• Monitor system integrity, data packages, and mitigation strategies for senior leadership.
• Oversee budget for hardware ordering and system integration.
