Job summary

Riyadh Air is seeking a leadership role in navigation services for its flight operations network. You will lead teams of navigation engineers and technical flight dispatchers, ensuring accurate weather, procedures, and flight data, while driving efficiency and safety across destinations.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5+ years in airline flight operations, with strong experience in flight planning systems, charts, and navigation tools such as Honeywell OneNav+ and Jeppesen e-Link.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in an airline flight operations environment in a similar role.
• Strong experience with flight planning systems, topographical charts, terrain clearance assessment, and navigation tools.
• Experience with NOTAMs, regulatory approvals, and vibration in flight operation information handling.

Responsibilities

• Lead navigation services across flight operations and manage teams of navigation engineers and technical flight dispatchers.
• Oversee charting requirements, data accuracy, and EFB loads for charts and moving maps.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure RVSM compliance and regulatory approvals for operations.
• Develop and deliver navigation-related studies for fuel, payload, and route optimization.
• Evaluate and validate RNP/RNP AR procedures for simulator and real operations.
