Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Digital Transformation Advisory Lead in Riyadh to guide enterprise transformation portfolios across cloud, data, AI, and automation. You will work with executives to shape governance, strategy, and value realization in a hybrid, full-time role.

You will partner with business and technology leaders, drive steering committees, and enable enterprise delivery at scale using Agile and product-based approaches, delivering measurable outcomes and sustainable capabilities.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in portfolio and program management in large-scale transformation.
Proven success governing digital transformation portfolios across initiatives and functions.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, hybrid, and product-based delivery models.
Demonstrated ability to engage executive stakeholders, providing decision support.
Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ClickUp, Trello.
Background in RFP management, vendor governance, and third-party relationships.
Exposure to digital, data, AI, automation, and cloud transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

Establish and govern the enterprise digital portfolio, aligning with business strategy and benefits realization.
Maintain portfolio governance, roadmaps, and PMO/DTMO standards.
Oversee delivery of Digital Factory initiatives from MVPs to scaled solutions.
Drive adoption of Agile, hybrid, and product-based delivery at scale.
Lead steering committees and portfolio reviews with executive dashboards and insights.
