Job summary

Alturki Holding in Saudi Arabia seeks a senior leader to head controllership and treasury, ensuring IFRS compliance, robust internal controls, and effective cash and liquidity management across all entities.

You will own monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles, oversee VAT and Zakat filings, manage banking relationships and FX risk, and build a high-performing team while driving ERP and treasury management system automation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in accounting/treasury with 3-5+ years in a senior controllership role.
• Strong IFRS knowledge; Zakat/tax and SAMA guidance applicable in KSA.
• Experience with banking negotiations and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close cycles with IFRS compliance.
• Oversee controllership: AP, AR, payroll (GOSI WPS), GL, fixed assets, revenue recognition; VAT/Zakat filings.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity, FX exposure, and intercompany funding.
• Build and mentor a high-performing accounting and treasury team; drive automation.
• Report to CFO and leadership; support board/audit committee as needed.

Role Purpose

Lead Tahreez s controllership and treasury functions ensuring the integrity of financial reporting robust internal controls effective cash and liquidity management and full compliance with Saudi regulatory and tax requirements ZATCA SOCPA-endorsed IFRS

Controllership

Own the monthly quarterly and annual close cycle ensure financial statements comply with IFRS as adopted by SOCPADesign implement and monitor internal controls manage relationships with external auditors and regulatorsresponsabile of all end to end accounting operations AP AR payroll including GOSI WPS compliance general ledger fixed assets and revenue recognitionEnsure timely and accurate statutory filings including VAT and Zakat corporate tax filings with ZATCAAdvise on accounting treatment for new contracts products or business linesFoster automation of transaction activities

Treasury

Manage cash flow forecasting working capital and liquidity across all entities accountsOversee banking relationships facilities and credit lines negotiate terms with local and regional banksManage FX exposure hedging strategies and intercompany funding loansEnsure compliance with SAMA regulations and banking covenantsOptimize debt structure and capital allocation in coordination with the CFOOversee investment of surplus cash in line with board-approved policies

Leadership amp Reporting

Partner with FP amp A on budgeting financial planning and decision supportBuild and mentor a high-performing accounting and treasury teamDrive process automation and ERP TMS optimizationReport financial performance cash position and risk to the CFO and executive leadership support board audit committee reporting as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, SOCPA, ACCA, or CTP preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting/treasury, with 3 5+ years in a senior controllership leadership role Strong knowledge of IFRS, Zakat/tax regulations in KSA, SAMA guidelines, and preferably also treasury management systems Experience with banking negotiations, cash pooling, FX risk management, Experience in enhancing ERP systems Experience navigating GOSI, WPS, and Nitaqat requirements Fluency in English required; Arabic
