FlapKap in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Head of Asset Management and Managing Director to build and lead the fund from day one. You will shape the investment strategy for SME direct financing, set credit policies, and establish governance.

This rare opportunity involves CMA-regulated fund creation, raising capital from institutional investors, and leading a high-performance team to drive SME financing strategy in the Kingdom.

Formación

• At least 10 years of experience in asset management, private credit, direct lending, SME banking or investment banking with significant Saudi market exposure.
• Proven track record of leading teams and managing investment portfolios or funds.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi regulatory environment and CMA regulations.
• CMA qualification certificates, or eligibility to be registered as CMA-registered person in a senior role, strongly preferred.
• Established relationships with Saudi investors, banks and financial institutions.
• Bachelor’s in finance or economics; CFA/MBA or equivalent is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the fund post establishment working with legal, compliance and group leadership.
• Tailor the fund’s investment strategy, credit policy and risk framework for SME direct financing within the Saudi market.
• Raise capital and manage relationships with institutional investors, family offices and strategic partners in the Kingdom.
• Oversee portfolio origination, underwriting, monitoring and collections.
• Represent the fund before CMA, the board, investors and other stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with CMA Investment Funds Regulations and the fund’s governance framework.
