Job summary

athGADLANG in Riyadh seeks a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Head of Arranging to lead the Capital Market Institution, drive strategic direction, and ensure CMA compliance.

The role combines executive management with front-office arranging activities, private placements, fund distribution, and corporate finance advisory for cross-border and Saudi markets. Requires CMA Registered Person and extensive regulated finance experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years in investment banking, capital markets, private equity, or fund distribution.
• At least 5–7 years in a senior leadership role within a regulated financial institution.
• Proven track record in private placements, fund distribution, or corporate finance (cross-border/GCC preferred).
• Strong understanding of CMA regulations and Saudi capital market framework is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and ensure CMA compliance and governance.
• Lead arranging activities: funding, distribution of foreign funds, and private equity opportunities.
• Drive business development and revenue across arranging and advisory services.
• Oversee risk and compliance frameworks, reporting, and regulatory interactions.
