Job summary

Front End Limited Company (FELCO) seeks an Asset & Structured Finance Manager to own end-to-end heavy-asset financing across Saudi and GCC. You'll identify, negotiate, structure, and fund acquisitions including ships, cranes, and heavy equipment, under Shariah-compliant terms.

The role requires a strong deal-making background, deep regional banking networks, and expertise in Ijara, Murabaha, Istisna, and related instruments. A track record of closing complex multi-party financings is essential.

Qualifications

• This role requires a proven track record in asset acquisition and financing, including multi-party and cross-border deals.
• Active relationships with regional banks, financial institutions, sovereign funds, and development funds.
• Deep knowledge of Islamic finance instruments (Ijara, Murabaha, Istisna) and related security/docs.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and credit-analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and negotiate purchase, lease, or charter of marine assets and heavy equipment across the GCC.
• Structure and arrange financing packages including Ijara, Murabaha, Istisna, sukuk, and L/L facilities.
• Lead deal execution with legal, technical advisers, insurers to financial close.
• Monitor portfolio, liquidity, and capital structure alignment with strategy.
• Ensure Shariah compliance and AAOIFI standards across transactions.
