Zusammenfassung

FlapKap is building a CMA-regulated private direct financing fund in Saudi Arabia to support SME growth. We seek an Asset Management Associate to join the founding team and work closely with the Head of Asset Management.

You will contribute to deal origination, credit analysis, financial modelling and portfolio oversight as the fund takes shape in a dynamic fintech environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7 years of experience in asset management, SME or corporate banking, credit analysis or investment banking.
• Strong financial modelling, credit analysis and reporting skills.
• Good understanding of CMA regulations and the Saudi financial services market.
• CMA qualification certificates (such as CME-1) are a plus.
• A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related field; CFA (or progress toward it) is a plus.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• An entrepreneurial, hands-on approach suited to a fund being built from the ground up.
