Qualifications

• 6-8+ years in analytics, incl. 2+ years leading analysts.
• Experience in a consumer marketplace or two-sided platform at scale-up.
• Has owned a KPI framework, planning models and executive reviews.
• Has built or matured an analytics function beyond reporting.
• Advanced SQL (BigQuery preferred) and BI tools (Metabase or similar).
• Strong forecasting, scenario modeling, variance analysis and experimentation.
• Strong written and spoken English, with board-ready communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a connected KPI tree: North Star, then primary and secondary KPIs for each function.
• Give every KPI one owner, one certified definition and a clear link to the KPI above it.
