Job summary

Gathern | جاذر إن is seeking a strategic planning and analytics leader to own the end-to-end planning, performance cycle, and executive reporting. The role focuses on driving revenue, reservations, ARPR, and take rate through robust driver-based models and rigorous variance analysis.

The candidate will manage OKR planning, executive and board reporting, and ensure all numbers are traceable to defined sources, supporting annual and quarterly planning and monthly ramp.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, finance or a related quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a strategy/business-operations function inside a marketplace, e-commerce or travel platform.
• Demonstrable executive and board reporting: action-titled decks, one-pagers and KPI trees.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, able to build and audit a multi-driver model end to end.
• Analytical skills is a must.
• Bilingual is preferred (AR, EN).
• KSA or wider GCC market experience, particularly in travel, hospitality or short-term rental.
• Exposure to OKR frameworks and planning practices.
• Experience in pricing, revenue management or customer segmentation.

Responsibilities

• Own the OKR planning: objectives, key results, initiative cards, scoring and milestone tracking.
• Run the monthly performance cycle and data cut-off, variance review, commentary drafting and publication to a fixed calendar
• Ensure all commitments and initiatives are translated into the required performance outcomes
• Maintain the metric definitions library and enforce definition consistency across every published report
• Produce the monthly executive report, the quarterly one-pager and board materials to a consistent standard
• Prepare pre-reads and decision papers for the Executive Committee and the Board of Directors
• Act as the quality gate on numbers leaving the department, ensuring figures are traceable to sources and definitions
• Support the annual and quarterly planning cycle, including target setting and the monthly ramp
• Maintain planning and analysis for revenue, reservations, ARPR, SCR, ADR, LOS and take rate
• Keep targets, actuals and variances reconciled every month
• Run diagnostic analysis attributing revenue and reservation gaps to drivers and convert into actions with owners and dates
• Build and maintain scenario and sensitivity models for pricing, segmentation and destination planning
