Job summary

HALA is a leading fintech in the MENAP region delivering cutting-edge financial and technological tools to empower SMEs. The role focuses on defining and implementing AML/CTF standards, monitoring compliance, and maintaining regulatory alignment with SAMA/FIU in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead an AML/CTF program, oversee investigations, and train teams while staying current with evolving regulations. A Bachelor’s degree plus 8–12 years’ experience is expected, with fluency in English and Arabic and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent; years of experience may substitute education.
• 8–12 years of experience in AML/CTF or related compliance roles.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Define AML & CTF standards and ensure implementation of local procedures.
• Assist in monitoring and evaluation programs for AML/CTF.
• Develop and maintain AML/CTF policies and procedures.
• Coordinate regulatory responses with authorities (SAMA/FIU) and internal teams.
• Provide AML training and guidance to the team.
• Review FIU STRs for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
