Job summary

Tameeni in the Riyadh region seeks a senior leader to build and govern our medical and employee benefits service function. You will shape the operating model, recruit and partner with insurers, and define standards for service delivery and performance.

Lead renewal strategies with actuarial backing, oversee claims governance, and ensure member registration aligns with regulator requirements. Fluency in Arabic and English is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in medical and employee benefits insurance (broker, insurer), including 4+ years leading a team.
• Deep knowledge of the Saudi framework: IA regulation, CHI requirements, the unified policy and essential benefits, member registration and eligibility, and claims exchange.
• Leadership skills
• Strong data and actuarial literacy — able to build and defend a renewal position against an insurer's loading.
• Experience building or rebuilding a servicing function, not only running an established one.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare administration, actuarial science or a related field; CII or equivalent preferred.
