Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our high-end kitchen, design menus, and drive culinary excellence for a discerning guest experience.

You will manage and train staff, monitor food cost, ensure health and safety standards, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver flawless service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires English fluency and strong leadership under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent leadership with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Knowledge of food cost control measures and budget management; English fluency required; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative menus that meet guest expectations.
• Manage and train kitchen staff, assign tasks, monitor performance, provide feedback.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation for consistency.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with front-of-house to ensure smooth kitchen-dining operations.
