Job summary

Qatar Wellness Network in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our high-end kitchen, design menus, and drive culinary excellence for a discerning guest experience.

You will manage and train staff, monitor food cost, ensure health and safety standards, and collaborate with front-of-house to deliver flawless service in a fast-paced environment. This role requires English fluency and strong leadership under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant.
• In-depth knowledge of cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
• Excellent leadership with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Knowledge of food cost control measures and budget management; English fluency required; Arabic a plus.

We are in need of a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As the Head Chef you will be responsible for creating and executing our menu, managing kitchen staff and ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and develop innovative and creative menus that meet the expectations of our guests
• Manage and train kitchen staff including assigning tasks, monitoring performance and providing feedback
• Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations between the kitchen and dining areas

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant
• In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
• Knowledge of food cost control measures and budget management
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef
• Experience working with international cuisine is preferred
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

Salary

We offer a competitive salary package of 1600$ per month based on experience
