Qualifications

• Proven experience as Head Baker or similar in a busy bakery.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and ingredients.
• Excellent leadership and staff management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
• Attention to detail with excellent time-management skills.
• Proficient in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
• Experience in Riyadh or Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus.

Responsibilities
