Job summary

Olgoonik Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Specialist in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on receiving, issuing, and preparing hazardous materials for shipment, with a high level of English proficiency essential for accurate communication and documentation.

The successful candidate will use DSS/WMS and other government data systems to manage material flow, classify hazards, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum three years’ experience in hazardous material distribution/warehousing.
• Must obtain license to use Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Proficient with DSS/WMS and automated distribution systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word/Excel/Access/Email).
• Demonstrates good attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Uses DSS/WMS and other government data systems to perform duties in the PWS.
• Performs the full duties of Materials Examiner and Identifier including identification, examinations, classifications, acceptance/rejection, and assigning condition codes for materials (Class II, III, IX).
• Loads/unloads material on/off skids, pallets, and stands.
• Operates tools and equipment, including MHE with required license.
• Counts, weighs, records data, applies tags/labels.
• Reads specifications, drawings, prints, schematics and photographs.
• Prepares reports related to distribution functions.
• Maintains preventive maintenance adjustments on related equipment.
• Performs all other duties around Hazardous Material as assigned.
