Responsibilities

• Study and analyze customer training regulations
• Develop Course Training Standard, Course Instructional Plans and Course Synopsis per customer regulations
• Develop Basic and Advanced Specialty courses per customer regulations
• Edit and update Master Training Plan
• Perform On The Job Training (OJT) to customer technicians with pre-developed training aids
• Comply with Aviation, Safety, Quality and Export Control Regulations and Procedures
• Follow Airbus Helicopters Management Systems, Policies and Regulations
• Check training tools/GSEs for condition and expiration before use
• Check components/parts for conditions and damages before training activities
• Inspect electric, avionic instrument and flight control systems (autopilot included)
• Record all work on appropriate paperwork and sign progressively
• Ensure correct use and control of aircraft parts and materials
• Verify aircraft status: scheduled tasks, deferred items, serviceability, Release to Service
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical publications
• Evaluate trainee performance
• Conduct on-the-job training
• Train personnel on maintenance manuals
• Train personnel in safety directives and FOD procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
