Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales Consultant for our gym and fitness facilities in Riyadh. You will drive memberships, promote programs, and deliver top-tier customer experiences as the first contact for prospective and current members.

You will prospect walk-ins, leads, and referrals, achieve monthly and annual targets, and upsell services such as personal training and premium memberships while coordinating with marketing for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic is highly preferred.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in gym/fitness, hospitality, retail, or service industries.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Strong knowledge of membership sales models, retention strategies, and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue targets for gym and fitness facilities.
• Present membership packages and upsell services.
• Manage walk-ins, leads, referrals and follow-ups.
• Maintain CRM records and generate sales reports.
• Represent the brand at events and community activations.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences and support member retention.
