Befit in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Sales Executive to join our premium fitness solutions team, serving homes, private gyms, residential projects, and high-end corporate facilities.

You will engage with walk-in customers and leads, assess requirements, present premium equipment, and manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to closing. Ideal candidates bring 2–5 years of premium sales experience and a passion for fitness and luxury brands.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience in premium/high-value environments.
• Experience handling high-value customers preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused with proactive follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers, leads, referrals, and existing clients to identify sales opportunities.
• Understand customer requirements, fitness goals, space, and budget to recommend the right equipment and solutions.
• Present and demonstrate premium fitness equipment and communicate product features and benefits effectively.
• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry and consultation through quotation, negotiation, and closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with premium and high-value customers.
• Proactively follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across equipment, accessories, apparel, and other Befit products.
• Maintain excellent showroom standards and deliver a premium customer experience.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, fitness trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
