Love Recruitment International is seeking a Sales-driven General Manager to relocate to Saudi Arabia. Base salary 20,000 SAR/month with a 15,000 SAR monthly bonus and relocation support; you will lead a high-performance team, drive new member acquisition, renewals and referrals, and oversee daily club operations to ensure a seamless member experience.

This role requires strong leadership, analytics to guide decisions, and a passion for health and fitness.

• Proven track record leading sales teams in KPI-driven environments.

• Comfortable with digital systems and training teams to use them.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performance sales team focused on acquisition, renewals, and referrals.
