Job summary

AimGulf is seeking a Front Office/Guest Service Associate in Riyadh to deliver exceptional guest experiences and manage front counter duties. You will support housekeeping, visual standards, and other store operations as directed by the Store Management Team.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, ensuring accurate orders and payments, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. The role requires a High School Diploma and full-time commitment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate required.

Responsibilities

• Provide visual cues for guests to create a positive first impression.
• Deliver consistent guest service with a friendly attitude and strong product knowledge.
• Greet guests promptly at front counter and drive-thru within 5 seconds.
• Maintain front counter, dining area and exterior clean and organized.
• Handle payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and company policies; report incidents as needed.
• Participate in store meetings and adhere to all operations standards and guidelines.
