Responsibilities

• Resolve guest calls, requests, or problems using sales techniques to maximize revenue.
• Enter Marriott Rewards information into appropriate software when taking reservations.
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations by phone, fax, or mail.
• Perform general office duties to support Sales & Marketing (filing, emails, typing, faxing).
• Move, lift, and place objects weighing up to 10 pounds as needed.
• Assist management in training and motivating employees and maintain professional appearance.
