Responsibilities

• Reservation Flow: Manage the waitlist, bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements with ease.
• Proactive Communication: Deliver warm in-person interactions and clear, professional phone etiquette.
• Organization & Profiling: Keep guest list accurate, build detailed guest profiles, and maintain a neat reception area.
