Responsibilities

• Reservation Flow: Manage the waitlist, bookings, walk-ins, and seating arrangements with ease, ensuring every guest feels expected and the room's momentum stays consistent.
• Proactive Communication: Deliver warm in-person interactions and clear, professional phone etiquette. Anticipate needs, e.g., taking initial drink orders while guiding guests to their tables.
• Organization & Profiling: Keep the guest list accurate, actively build detailed guest profiles, and maintain an immaculate reception area at all times.
