Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a hotel operational setting.
• Familiarity with POS, PMS, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and conduct check-in procedures efficiently.
• Knowledge of room rates and upselling.
• Ascertain guest satisfaction and handle billing correctly.
• Maintain a balanced cash bank and reconcile transactions.
• Prepare and submit timely operational reports.
