Job summary

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN seeks a senior operations leader to manage daily activities of the attraction offering. You will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling while ensuring safety, compliance, and an outstanding guest experience.

You will develop strategic plans, monitor performance, lead a large team, and collaborate with executive leadership to maximize guest engagement and financial results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in operations management within entertainment or hospitality sectors.
• At least 5 years in a leadership role managing large teams.
• Certification in Operations Management or Project Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the attraction within the Attractions department.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management for the offering.
• Manage budgeting, scheduling, and performance reporting to drive financial success.
• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with SEVEN's goals.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across activities.
• Lead and mentor the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
