Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts on Ummahat Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia seeks a Full Time, non-management Maintenance Engineer to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.

The role involves inspecting equipment, locating shut-off valves, moving items up to 50 pounds, and ensuring safety and security policies are followed. A Technical/Vocational degree and at least 2 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• License or Certification: None
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Respond and attend to guest repair requests.
• Communicate with guests to resolve maintenance issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
• Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines.
• Identify and operate all shut-off valves for equipment.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.
