Job summary

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. in the Red Sea region seeks a diligent Maintenance Technician to respond to guest repair requests and perform preventive maintenance.

You will inspect and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems, maintain tools and inventories, and uphold safety standards. Local on-site role in Saudi Arabia requiring physical ability to carry loads and climb stairs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some experience in general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting.
• Experience in hotel engineering or maintenance is a plus.
• No supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest repair requests and communicate resolutions.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and kitchen/mechanical room equipment.
• Inspect and service electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and lighting systems.
• Operate shut-off valves and manage safety procedures, Lockout/Tagout as needed.
• Test and repair equipment; assist with painting and small repairs as requested.
• Coordinate daily activity reporting to shifts.
