Job summary

PROVEN is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive in Saudi Arabia to perform outbound calls, generate leads, and manage customer relations. You will support sales strategies, handle inquiries, and ensure high client satisfaction while contributing to the success of events and exhibitions.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of telesales experience, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience.
• Proficient in lead generation and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and support sales initiatives.
• Achieve delegate acquisition sales targets in volume and value.
• Collaborate with local partners to expand reach and visibility for events.
• Process registration data for events and report progress to Project Leads.
• Maintain and update event social media, flyers, and program highlights.
• Manage CRM data including email and SMS campaigns for conferences and exhibitions.
