Job summary

Keypoint, a diversified business group in the Eastern Province, seeks a Group CFO to lead financial strategy across EPC contracting, specialty manufacturing and facilities management. You will consolidate P&L, balance sheets and cashflow for the holding company and subsidiaries, and report KPI dashboards to the CEO and board.

This role requires 12+ years in finance, IFRS and Saudi compliance, ERP proficiency, and fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

12+ years in finance and accounting with at least four years in a group/multi-entity role.
Background in EPC/construction/manufacturing/FM a strong advantage.
In-depth knowledge required of IFRS, ZATCA regulations, and Saudi compliance requirements.
ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
Fluent in English – Arabic an advantage.

Responsibilities

Consolidate monthly P&L, balance sheets and cashflow across the holding company and all subsidiaries.
Manage financial reporting and KPI dashboards for the CEO/board.
Monitor group treasury — cash visibility, inter-company funding, banking relationships and liquidity forecasting.
Lead the annual group budgeting cycle.
Monitor actual performance against budget.
Coordinate external audits across all entities.
Design/enforce a group-wide: Financial control framework, Authority matrix, Accounting policies.
