Job summary

The Financeer in Saudi Arabia seeks an accomplished CFO to lead financial strategy, governance, and performance across the Group and its subsidiaries. The role requires extensive experience managing diversified portfolios, optimizing capital allocation, and providing strategic guidance to executive management and the Board.

Ideal candidates hold professional qualifications in accounting and finance, fluency in Arabic and English, and a track record in holding companies or multi-subsidiary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• 15+ years progressive financial management experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership
• Experience in holding companies/diversified multi-subsidiary structures
• Expertise in consolidated reporting, FP&A, treasury, and financing
• Knowledge of IFRS, Saudi regulations, Zakat, VAT, tax compliance
• Experience managing banking relationships and liquidity
• Strong governance, internal controls, and risk management
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial dashboards
• Fluent in Arabic and English with executive communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial strategy, governance, and performance across Group and subsidiaries
• Provide strategic guidance to management and the Board
• Manage IFRS, tax, treasury, and corporate financing activities
• Maintain internal controls and risk management framework
• Engage with auditors and ensure regulatory compliance
• Lead capital allocation and investment evaluations
• Cultivate strong banking relationships and liquidity management
• Present financial insights to the Board and executives
