• Experience in holding companies/diversified multi-subsidiary structures
• Expertise in consolidated reporting, FP&A, treasury, and financing
• Knowledge of IFRS, Saudi regulations, Zakat, VAT, tax compliance
• Experience managing banking relationships and liquidity
• Strong governance, internal controls, and risk management
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred
• Proficiency in ERP systems and financial dashboards
• Fluent in Arabic and English with executive communication skills

The role requires extensive experience managing diversified business portfolios, driving sustainable financial growth, optimizing capital allocation, and providing strategic guidance to executive management and the Board.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; Master’s degree or MBA preferred
• Minimum 15 years progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in senior financial leadership
• Proven experience in holding companies, diversified business groups, or multi-subsidiary corporate structures
• Expertise in consolidated financial reporting, FP&A, treasury management, corporate financing, and investment evaluation
• Comprehensive knowledge of IFRS, Saudi financial regulations, Zakat, VAT, and tax compliance
• Demonstrated ability to manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, working capital, and corporate liquidity
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, internal controls, financial risk management, and audit requirements
• Professional qualifications such as SOCPA, CPA, CMA, or ACCA preferred
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting tools, and financial performance dashboards
• Fluent in Arabic and English with exceptional executive communication and Board presentation capabilities
