Confidentiel seeks an experienced Chief Financial Officer to steer financial strategy and governance for a construction-focused group. You will drive planning, budgeting, cash flow, and profitability across multiple projects, ensuring robust internal controls and compliance with IFRS and Saudi regulations.

The role requires 15+ years in finance with at least 5 years in senior leadership, and direct exposure to construction or EPC sectors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA preferred.
• CPA/ACCA/CMA/CFA certifications are highly desirable.
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Construction, contracting, EPC, or infrastructure industry experience is mandatory.
• Experience overseeing financial operations for large multi-project construction businesses.
• Strong knowledge of project accounting, cost control, cash flow management, and revenue recognition.
• Experience with banking facilities, project financing, and financial guarantees.
• In-depth knowledge of IFRS and Saudi regulatory requirements; governance and internal controls.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee financial performance, cost control, and profitability across projects.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, banking facilities, and project financing.
• Monitor project budgets, contracts, claims, and payment obligations.
• Ensure IFRS and Saudi regulatory compliance and internal policies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to CEO and Board of Directors.
• Lead and develop the finance team and improve financial systems and controls.
